 I think that as a teacher I will use data collection tools to see how my students really feel. The surveys would be anonymous so there is a more open space, to be honest. The results gathered from the survey would then be used in small talking circles to better understand the issue and make the class environment better over-all. For me, reading has always been easy but for some people, it simply isn't with the surveys for my fourth-grade class we could make classes better instantly.  From reviewing my classmates' blogs I found their creativity most interesting. Looking at their blogs encouraged me to want to be more creative. The layouts were amazing and had little to no errors. The dedication and effort were clearly visible and overall enjoyed. I would like to learn skills that will advance my skills. I want to explore more functions that will make each and every one of my presentation unique and different from the next. This is something I would like to do and consider a goa

 My experience as a distance learner has been one for the books. With being a distance learner I have lost that hands-on experience that I am beyond accustomed to by this point in my academic career. I don't have the ability to formulate that one-on-one bond with my teachers like I usually do. I do however enjoy the freedom of being able to have more freedom. I don't have to be restrained and tied down in a classroom for several hours out of the week where I could be working to earn some extra funds. To improve the experience of distance learners as a teacher I could allow activities that help everyone to feel more connected.  Open educational resources are some of the best resources created. Using these resources allow students to be able to have access to resources that help to strengthen their educational paths without all those expensive fees. With going to school I frequently say that schools charge too much to do good things. I believe the best open educational resources

 Some of the new skills I acquired from working on the website design assignment this week included making pages. I found this to be interesting because I've always wanted to make a website. The other skills included using the nice features the website involves. Features include a divider and spacer adders between pages. I disliked that the functions weren't as simple to use as I originally thought. What I learned from the assignment can be used in my future career by allowing for the saving of information on public domains. The new skills I learned working with Diigo made things simpler. Bring able to save your previously used links and cite them property helps. This application can be useful in class because it allows for citations to be accurate and useful in the academic community. My individual professional efforts include properly citing sources that I may have used o accelerate an assignment.  Technology and teacher professional development are two things that go hand-in
